COVID-19 Update

Updated: 5th April 2022

 To our customers and community,

New Zealand is at Alert Level Red.

Please note: vaccine passes will no longer be required in line with Government advice. But we kindly ask that all visitors please follow health and safety protocols on our premises.

Please read the following information on how we will be operating at this level:

 On arrival:

  • Please have your face covering on

What we're doing to keep you safe:

  • We require all kaimahi (staff) and manuhiri (visitors) to wear masks. Free masks will be available onsite.
  • Onboard the boats, masks are required for our drivers and all passengers 12+ years. Our boats and life jackets are carefully cleaned after every trip.
  • Dart River Adventures is a cashless site at Red

As part of fulfilling our health and safety obligations to all kaimahi (staff), manuhiri (visitors), whanau and communities, we are unable to offer our shuttle service back to Queenstown after our morning Wilderness Jet Experience. The only shuttle service returning to Queenstown will be after our Funyaks Experience and leaving Glenorchy at approximately 3.30pm.
